1. After selecting the size you usually wear. Place in your shoe to check for fit. You can use the insole on top of the shoe’s existing insole or as a replacement, depending on fit and comfort.

2. If the insole is too long, check for the trim guide that is on the bottom of the insole in the toe area. Use a sharp scissor to cut the insole ONE SIZE LARGER than your shoe size. You don’t want to cut the insole too short so trim to one size larger and test fit again. For example, if you wear a size 42 shoe, trim along the size 43 trim line.

3. Place the insole in your shoe fabric size up and check for comfort. If your shoe is too tight, you can remove the original insole that came with your shoe and use the WayBeZam insole as a replacement insole.
