It started in a garage…

Founded by Ernest and Philip in 2016 out of a garage in Allen, Texas, STNGR was born out of a desire for more. We felt forced into paying for expensive outdoor gear because cheaper alternatives are not reliable.

So we created dependable, durable gear, sold direct-to-consumer at a radically fair value so that the average adventure seeker could enjoy the outdoors more safely and comfortably.

How we’re different…

We believe strongly in doing things the right way, not the cheapest way. If we wouldn’t use the gear ourselves – you won’t ever see it.
